1. General Policy

DanMoof Bike Services is dedicated to providing a fair and transparent returns and refund process, ensuring customer satisfaction while safeguarding our business integrity.

2. Returns

Eligibility

2.1 Customers may return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

2.2 The following goods are not eligible for return:

  • Goods made to customer specifications or personalized items.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

2.3 Refurbished Bikes:

  • Refurbished bikes must be returned in the condition they were received, without any additional wear or modifications.

  • All original components and accessories must be included.

  • Any permanent modifications or signs of use may render the bike ineligible for return.

2.4 Accessories, Tools, and Parts:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Items that have been fitted or installed are not eligible for return.

Return Process

2.5 To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at shop@danmoofbikeservices.com with the following details:

  • Order or receipt number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

2.6 Upon approval, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Return Costs

2.7 Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

2.8 We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Processing Time

3.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure compliance with the return conditions.

Refund Method

3.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Customers will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

3.4 Refunds are issued only if the returned product meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2.

3.5 DanMoof reserves the right to refuse refunds for goods that fail to meet these conditions.

Exceptions

3.6 Refunds are not applicable to:

  • Trade-in transactions once ownership transfers to DanMoof.

  • Goods deemed ineligible for return as per Section 2.2.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Customers may cancel their order before the commencement of services or the shipment of goods for a full refund.

4.2 Cancellations made after services have begun may incur charges for work already completed.

4.3 To cancel an order, contact us immediately at shop@danmoofbikeservices.com.

5. Gifts

5.1 If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return.

5.2 Once the returned product is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to the recipient.

5.3 If the goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

6. Changes to the Policy

6.1 DanMoof reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy without notice. Please check back frequently for updates.
